Education and Professional Background

Cecilia Nguyen graduated from Loyola School of Law in 1999 and went on to complete her LL.M. at the John Marshal Law School (now the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law). She started her private law practice in Beaverton, Oregon, in 2005, partnered with a number of attorneys between 2005 through 2025, and served as the managing law partner for over 15 years. Over the years, Cecilia has handled a wide range of legal matters, including representing individuals, families, buyers, sellers, employees, employers, small and large companies, and non-profits. She has represented clients in state, federal, and administrative courts.
